Where do I register my products?

Registering your Stax is an important step to ensure you receive optimal product support and updates.


To register, simply scan the QR code provided in the manual or visit our registration page. Once registered, you'll have access to warranty information, technical resources, and exclusive updates about your product.


Only current products are available to register, however if you wish to register an older product, please contact technical@monitoraudio.group for assistance.


NOTE: It is not mandatory to register your product to receive warranty services, it is recommend keeping your proof of purchase for access to warranty care.
